Privacy Policy

Information you give us. When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, company (optional), the service you are interested in, and your message. We also record the IP address the request came from to prevent abuse.

Usage data. When you browse the site we collect the pages you visit, the referring page, your browser, operating system, device type, and approximate country. Our own analytics identify unique visitors using a one-way hash of your IP address and browser that rotates daily; we do not store your raw IP address for page-view analytics.

Free security tools. When you use the security headers scanner or email security checker, we process the domain or URL you enter to fetch its public headers or DNS records. The JWT decoder runs entirely in your browser; tokens you paste are not sent to our servers.

• To respond to your inquiry and scope any engagement you request.
• To operate, secure, and improve the website and our tools.
• To understand which content is useful, in aggregate.
• To prevent spam, abuse, and fraudulent submissions.

We use the following third-party analytics services, which may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser:

• Google Analytics — aggregate traffic and engagement statistics.
• Microsoft Clarity — heatmaps and session replays that show how visitors interact with pages. Clarity masks text entered into form fields by default.

We also store your light/dark theme preference in your browser's local storage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will continue to work.

We share personal data only with providers that help us run the website, under their own privacy and security terms:

• Vercel — website hosting and delivery.
• Our database provider — storage of contact form submissions and analytics records.
• Resend — delivery of contact form notifications to our team.
• Google and Microsoft — analytics, as described above.

We do not sell your personal data or share it for advertising.

We keep contact form submissions for as long as needed to respond to you and manage any resulting engagement, and delete them when they are no longer needed. Analytics records are kept in aggregate form for reporting. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Data we access during a security engagement (such as test credentials, application data, or findings) is governed by the engagement agreement and NDA signed with each client, not by this website policy.

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, email contact@zerosight360.com. We will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

All traffic to this website is encrypted in transit with HTTPS. Access to stored submissions is restricted to authorized staff. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we apply the same practices we recommend to our clients.

Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
